Three in Three for Asset

It’s been a hectic 3 months here at Asset Office Interiors. As one of the leading office fit-out companies in the South of England we expect to be in demand, and we are thrilled to announce that in the last three months we have completed three projects.

Whilst we are based in Royal Berkshire at the heart of the Thames Valley, we are happy to travel across the country to complete jobs, with our can-do attitude.  In the last three months we have completed projects in Didcot, Oxfordshire; Hammersmith, London and Edinburgh, Scotland.

This project involved performing a refurbishment and alteration to a 11,371 sq. ft light industrial warehouse for a leading Pensions company C/O Asset Manager.

We started out by stripping out all of the existing décor and amenities and replacing with an all new interior. This included a brand-new kitchen and fresh toilets, along with all the electrical and mechanical upgrades. We also carried out works to the roof, cladding and external fencing; laying new flooring throughout the building.

It was a big project which was run efficiently and we were delighted with the final outcome.

We had a wonderful opportunity to work on one of the prestigious buildings in West London.  Number One Queen Caroline Street in Hammersmith is home to a number of businesses and we were engaged by DN-A Architectural Practice on behalf of the landlord to divide the existing 4th floor office area into 3 separate offices.

We installed new slab to slab dry wall partitions to divide the space into separate areas and modified the existing mechanical and electrical systems to ensure that the Tenants got the most out of their new space.

Along with all the of the technical background installations we were also tasked with installing décor and carpeting for the new office space. As you can see it’s quite the transformation.

Having completed a project for Strutt & Parker in Windsor back in 2018, we were instructed to undertake an exciting refurbishment of their Edinburgh office.

We completely refurbished the ground floor reception which included major alterations to the electrics across the whole premises. We also installed all-new Audio/Visual technology – giving the branch the edge they need to compete in a really competitive location. We also installed blinds and office furniture for the branch as well as designing the décor, taking our lead from the S&P brand guidelines.

I am extremely pleased on completing these challenging projects. This is once again down to our can-do attitude which has paid dividends and would like to thank all the team together with our fantastic supply chain who have all delivered these projects on time, in budget to a high standard backed with an outstanding H&S Audit.” Lee Wicks, MD.
