If you are a regular reader of our blog, you’ll remember our project in Cobham which we completed at the back end of last year. Well, while much of this year has seen most of the general public locked at home and many offices empty, we have been busy getting workspaces ready for the inevitable return.

We make no secret of our fondness for this beautiful location. Cobham in Surrey is a picturesque village within a region which is reasonable commuting distance to the City. This area is extremely popular with those working in finance, earning it the nickname “the stockbroker belt” and the luxury homes and beautiful surroundings attract the rich and famous from around the world.
We are delighted to rekindle our relationship from October last year with our client, a prestigious Landlord, Asset Manager and well-known surveying practice in the area. We are delighted to be working on the new Holly Parade development on Cobham High Street. We will be working on units 3, 4 and 5 which will all have new shop fronts designed and installed along with internal alterations to make them appropriate for incoming tenants.
As is the case with most high street projects, the project is somewhat urgent. As an agile and adaptable business, we are perfectly equipped to turn a project of this size around within the tight time frame and bring the project to completion on budget.
Getting projects completed during these times is challenging as Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all industries in different ways. We pride ourselves on our ability to rise to the challenges of today and as a result boast a fantastic track record of delivering projects where other firms have failed.
